Karren, Hendrix & Associates has been successfully providing services to clients since 1970.  In 2003 Ray H. Allen & Associates, another Salt Lake City firm that was established in 1977, merged with the firm.  In 2004 the firm joined forces with Stagg & Company, a Salt Lake City firm founded in 1971 and built upon a reputation of outstanding service in the non-profit healthcare community.  The combined firms are now known as Karren, Hendrix, Stagg, Allen & Company. 


PHILOSOPHY.  The firm has been built on the premise that quality services ultimately result in higher value to our clients.  Guided by this philosophy, we provide audit, accounting, tax, litigation support, human resources and computer consulting services to a broad spectrum of business and individual clients throughout the United States.

Professional Team.  We currently employ thirty individuals, seven of whom are shareholders. Our staff is highly trained and motivated.  Currently, Karren, Hendrix, Stagg, Allen & Company shareholders serve in several capacities in the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA).  Employees of the firm also participate in a number of community and professional activities.  This additional exposure makes us sensitive to current issues facing our profession and community.
