American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).  The AICPA is the largest professional association for CPAs in the nation.  As a member of this organization, we have agreed to abide by the AICPA's Code of Professional Conduct, a high standard of ethical behavior.  We are also members of the AICPA's Private Companies Practice Section, a section of the AICPA that serves local CPA firms with nonpublic clients.

Utah Association of CPAs (UACPA).  The UACPA is an organization of knowledgeable professionals who abide by a series of core values.  Requirements for membership in this association include strict educational standards with an emphasis on ethics.
