Steve's audit and accounting experience encompasses a wide variety of industries including governmental, special service districts, gaming, construction, real estate development, non-profit, common interest realty associations, professional services, property management, manufacturing, and retail trade.  Experience includes audit, reviews, compilations, agreed upon procedures, HUD yellow book compliance procedures, projections and forecasts, litigation support, engagement and staff management, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and contract internal auditing. Steve's accounting experience includes general ledger accounting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, accounting software integration, accounting systems design, construction project management, asset management, and internal reporting.
