Ray's clientele includes mortgage companies, non-profit organizations, special districts, professional service firms, property management companies, and construction contractors.  His work includes internal and external accounting, budgeting and cash flow analysis, financial statement preparation and analysis, projected financial statements, and extensive audit and consulting work with city and special districts.  Ray recently signed a management contract to formulate and implement accounting policies for a new governmental entity.
