Conducting internal surveys of your team is an effective way of discovering how people feel about working for your business.  Team members are, of course, a critical stakeholder group in terms of contribution to your business' success. Dissatisfied or uninformed team members tend to perform below their capabilities, leave their jobs relatively quickly, and are not very likely to recommend your business to others.

Team Diagnostic™ will also allow you to test your own beliefs about the quality of your business' culture and operational efficiency against the perceptions of your team members themselves. You will also be able to compare perceptions between groups e.g. sales team and accounts team.
